About these terms
These terms apply to this website, mymedicare411.org, to our workshop reservation line at 404-369-8078, and to the text messages and emails we send about workshops. They are offered by My Medicare 411, Ltd, a Georgia non-profit organization at 1585 Old Norcross Rd, Suite 207, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. By reserving a seat you agree to them.
What the workshops are
Our Medicare educational workshops are free and are for educational purposes only. No plan-specific benefits or details are shared, and no insurance companies or insurance products are solicited at them. You will not be asked to buy anything to attend.
My Medicare 411, Ltd is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal Medicare program or any government agency.
Nothing said at a workshop, on this website, or in any message from us is legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and none of it is a recommendation to enroll in or drop any particular plan.
Reservations
Seating is limited and reservations are taken in the order received. Reserving a seat holds it for you, but a reservation is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry if a room reaches its safe capacity.
We may move, combine or cancel a workshop, including for weather, illness or a venue closing. If that happens we will tell you at the contact information you gave us.
To cancel your own reservation, call 404-369-8078 (TTY: 711) or reply to any reminder message. Please do cancel if your plans change, because someone else may want the seat.
Text message program
When you check the consent box on our reservation form, or give consent by telephone, you agree to receive text messages from My Medicare 411, Ltd about the workshop you reserved.
- What we send: workshop reminders and notices of a delay, change of location or cancellation. Nothing else. We do not send sales or promotional texts.
- How often: message frequency varies and is typically no more than a few messages per reservation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop. You may also call 404-369-8078.
- For help: reply HELP, or call 404-369-8078 (TTY: 711), or write to mpeterson@mymedicare411.org.
- Consent is optional. You do not have to accept text messages to reserve a seat or to attend.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any single message arrives.
Your mobile information and your consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our workshops and to reserve a seat. Please do not submit false information, reserve seats you do not intend to use, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it to collect information about other people.
The text, images and materials on this site belong to My Medicare 411, Ltd unless marked otherwise. You are welcome to print or share a workshop schedule. Please do not republish our materials as your own.

Accuracy, and the limits of what we promise
We work to keep workshop dates, times, locations and directions accurate, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Even so, this site is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or always free of mistakes.
To the extent the law allows, My Medicare 411, Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from attending, or being unable to attend, a workshop.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
